Laugh till you cry funny

Jim Gaffigan is truly one of the funniest comedians I have come across.  In an age when comedy seems to be a contest of the crudest, Gaffigan happens to be a "clean" comedian, so little ears can be hovering around.  The cleanliness of Gaffigan's act is certainly not crippling on his comedy.  This father of five (all home births I might add) uses parenting and family life as the motivation for much of his material.  

Gaffigan recently put out a book called "Dad is Fat," which was the first full sentence his son ever learned to write!  The book is "all about the joys and horrors of my life with five young children.  I'm not sure if it's a memoir, a confession, an apology, or a cry for help" he says.  

It is a welcomed joy to have a father of a large family (open to more) who can lighten the mood with comedy and bring laughter of all the family life moments of discomfort, frustration, panic, joy, love, anxiety, and so much more all wrapped up in an ab workout while sitting down.
